Ubicentrex is an IT company founded in 2009 in Strasbourg, France, the aim of which is to design simple and unified tools for telephone hotlines and call centers. All our softwares are Cloud-based solutions combined with a phoning system based on centrex-IP technology. We provide our customers with all-in-one packages designed on demand for each client. Our solutions are intuitive, user-friendly and adapted for both inbound and outbound call centers. You can use them on any computer and any devices, the only thing you need is your internet connection !
A growing company
Thanks to the effectiveness of our solutions, our strong customer-supplier relationship and the loyalty of our customers, Ubicentrex has experienced a continuous growth over the years: + 40 % in 2016. Nonetheless, we do not plan to calm down and have the ambition to always provide more powerful tools meeting to the daily needs of our customers. Over the past year, we have doubled our staff, taking care of carefully building a well-balanced team : a half of sales representatives and a half of developers.
Unlike huge global companies, we want to supply quality services and maintain close relations with our customers. We make a point of providing them with services made to measure the specific needs of call centers.
